Sodium Bicarbonate

Sodium Bicarbonate
Sodium bicarbonate is a white, fine crystalline powder, readily soluble in water, with a weakly alkaline aqueous solution. It decomposes upon heating to produce carbon dioxide. It is the most commonly used leavening agent and acidity regulator in the food industry, and also an important raw material in the pharmaceutical, daily chemical, and environmental protection fields. Food-grade products strictly adhere to GB 1886.2-2015 standards, with a total alkali content of 99.0%-100.5%. Heavy metals and arsenic impurities are strictly controlled, and low-chloride specifications can be customized to meet the access requirements of special markets such as South Korea. Industrial-grade products comply with the latest GB/T 1606-2025 standards, divided into three categories to meet the needs of different industries. Relying on major ports such as Qingdao Port, Tianjin Port, and Shanghai Port, small-batch trial orders and customized packaging are supported.
