Physical & Chemical Properties

Soluble in water (75.4 g/100mL at 20°C), aqueous solution weakly acidic (pH 5-6). Insoluble in ethanol and acetone. Density approx. 1.77 g/cm³, melting point 235-280°C (decomposes). Low hygroscopicity, low caking tendency.

Product Features

High purity, high nitrogen content (N ≥21%), contains sulfur (S ≥24%), good physical properties, stable chemical behavior, rapid water solubility, quick-acting fertilizer effect.

Main Applications

Agricultural Fertilizer : Quick-acting nitrogen fertilizer for various crops (wheat, rice, corn, cotton, rapeseed, etc.), especially suitable for sulfur-deficient soils. Used as base, top or seed fertilizer. Preferred for chlorine-sensitive crops.Industrial Raw Material : Manufacture of ammonium persulfate, potassium sulfate, ammonium chloride, alum, etc. Also used in rare earth extraction, leather tanning, biological fermentation media.Food Industry : Dough conditioner (permitted by GB 2760), yeast nutrient, fermentation promoter; used in bread, biscuits and other baked goods.Feed Additive : Non-protein nitrogen source for ruminant animal feed, supplying both nitrogen and sulfur.Water Treatment : Water quality adjustment, microbial nutrient source for denitrification processes.Other Uses : Fireproofing materials, welding flux, electroplating additives, cellulose solvents, etc.

Storage Condition

Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated warehouse, protected from moisture and rain; keep sealed, avoid mixing with alkalis and oxidizers.

Transportation Requirements

Not dangerous goods (general cargo); transport as general cargo. Protect from moisture and rain; handle gently.
